New Forms

The Companies Act 2006 will change the names of many existing forms and introduce new forms. Whilst this may cause some short term confusion, it is likely that company officers will soon adjust to the new documents. If in any doubt you may wish to seek the advice of an accountant or your company formation agent.

The old form 10 that was used to register new companies has been replaced with a longer form called the IN01 -

The annual return previously called the 363 is now called the AR01. Similarly the LLP 363 is now called LL AR01

Other popular forms and their new names/numbers are detailed below-

CB01 – Notice of a cross border merger involving a UK registered company
CH01 – Change of director’s details
DS01 – Striking off application by a company
EE FM01 – Statement of name, official address, members, objects and duration for EEIG whose official address is in the UKĀ
